Since I am not capable of doing any strenuous activities (and mind you, even walking for my OB is strenuous), I am basically just sleeping, eating, sleeping and eating. Oh not to mention hibernating at times! I gained a couple of weight in these few days of inactivity and I am having this dilemma of how to shed off those extra pounds. Since I could not exercise (which bothers my like he@#!), I will just go on a low calorie diet by Healthy Cravings!
Yes, I have tried them before and they were the reason I lost a lot weight for my wedding. I tried their low calorie diet.

I do believe them since I really did lose 2 pounds per week, even without exercise that time, since I was really busy with wedding preparations. I actually tried both Sexy Chef and Healthy Cravings, and both worked for me. What I love about Healthy Cravings is that it doesn’t feel like in on a diet. The quantity and the flavor of the dishes are amazing. Although, I have to say, some of the mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks are not that appetizing.
They also offer Vegetarian Diets, South Beach Diets, Diabetic Diets and Low Cholesterol diets. There are 5 meals a day, each in a different container. What I like about Healthy Cravings is that they really label each meal with your name, the amount of calories per meal, instructions on how to go about heating or cooling the meal and the title or name of the dish.
The downside though is that it’s a bit expensive:

I am on the diet again for 15 days! Start off weight since I gained 6 pounds from 132 pounds is exactly at 138.6 pounds. Fat percentage at 31.5% and Water percentage at 50.1 % (Date: May 14, 2010).
Let’s see if I do achieve my weight before my pregnancy! 🙂
