I was walking the halls of Greenbelt 3, when something caught my eyes! It was the store window display of Adidas. I didn’t know that they sold jeans already. The big caption in the Adidas window read “These jeans are made for sneakers”.

As I am constantly looking for ways to help women look good and feel good about themselves, I jumped at this opportunity to review a method of losing inches without any surgery. It’s called Lipo-sculpt cavitation. Although it has been in existence for almost two years now, not a lot of people know about it nor have the guts to try it. I guess, for the risk taker, this is too “conservative” as liposuction would have more noticeable immediate results. I just finished my Healthy Cravings Diet yesterday. I lost 5 pounds in a span of 2 weeks. This isn’t actually bad for me. After my miscarriage and pregnancy complications last May 2010, I have been asked by my doctor to stop exercising first so that I could heal.

Aside from the Belle de Jour, Starbucks or The Coffee Bean and Tea leaf planner that we have or even the various apps in our Samsung Galaxy S or in our IPhone 4, there are many goal setting tools that you can use on the web. I know that a lot of you are setting goals to achieve this year and a lot of you want to have a tool that could actually help you attain these goals.
