I just finished my Healthy Cravings Diet yesterday. I lost 5 pounds in a span of 2 weeks. This isn’t actually bad for me. After my miscarriage and pregnancy complications last May 2010, I have been asked by my doctor to stop exercising first so that I could heal.
This January, I was already allowed by my doctor to workout and get back into the same fitness level that I had before. I weighed myself last January 3. By the way, I am 5’4″ in height, just in case you’d like to know. I was 141 pounds with a body fat percentage of 33.9%. I weighed myself this morning and I was 136.6, with a body fat percentage of 32.2%.
The only physical activity I had these couple of days was practicing Ashtanga yoga again (for the first time since October 2009). This was last Tuesday, January 11, and thrice a week Xbox Kinect activities (Dance Central).
So, I guess, I’d pretty much say that the diet was effective, although a bit costly. For those who want to learn more about Healthy cravings, here is the link: Healthy cravings.
I’ll go on the 2 week Nestle Fitnesse diet this week, and I’ll let you know how it goes.
