I’m sorry that we have been in hiatus for the longest time. It was because both Rona and I were pregnant and most of articles that we could think of were related to pregnancy. I, personally, had to come up with a new blog called MommyGinger.com last January 2013 (early this year), since I wanted to share stuff that was going on with my pregnant self.
But now, lo and behold the new look of Manila Fitness! Post pregnancy, Rona and I decided to revive this blog and make it bigger and better. We have decided to re-brand this blog site and make it into a more personalized online fitness magazine.
Our objective for Manila Fitness is to be the go to site for women who are interested to know more about health, fitness and wellness. Our articles will be more personal as we will share our own personal experiences with you, our readers. We will also be interviewing real women who will be our sources of inspiration and we will ask them about their real life experiences and struggles.
As you can see, the site now is divided into just 6 categories. These categories are Health and Fitness, Life, Food and Nutrition, weight loss and promos.
Here are the things that we will be talking about for each section:
Fitness & Health – We will be going to different gyms and fitness centers. We will be checking out different forms of exercises and will be bringing you tips from the fitness experts. We will also be reviewing products related to fitness and we will even try to interview Celebrities to check out their current fitness goals and fitness regimen.
Life – This section will give you tips on how we build relationships. We will be discussing topics like love and sex. We will be sharing life hacks and interviews with people who changed their lives for the better.
Weight Loss – Yeah, baby! We all strive to be sexy so this section is purely about losing that extra poundage. We will have testimonials from people who have succeeded in achieving their weight loss battle. We will also give tips on losing weight. We will even try different weight loss programs and give you a run down on our experience with the products and the program.
Beauty – Mirror mirror on the wall… who’s the fairest of them all? Want to achieve gorgeous looking skin. This section will be about beauty. We will give you tips on how to care for your skin and hair. You will love it!
Food – Want to learn how to cook balanced meals? How about how to prepare low fat meals? We will be giving you recipes that you will love as well as tips on how to prepare a healthy menu for you and your family.
Promos – Check out this section for amazing giveaways that you can join!
