I have this really good friend, Gen, who is a frequent attendee of the classes at Onelife Studio in Greenhills. She always tells me of how great the classes are and how good the teachers are. It has always made me curious to try out their classes. So when I was invited to their opening at the 2nd Floor BCS Prime Building at 2297 Chino Roces Avenue (the building with 7-11 and Juju Eats), I decided to check out their studio. The PR person who invited me is also a close friend of mine back when I frequented Slimmers World in Megamall.
When I arrived, I found out that the owner of the place was Ferdinand Aguila, the son of my “Tita Fem”, who I also met way back when I was in my teens at Slimmers World.
It was great catching up with these people. These people have become family in one way or another. And that is what Onelife Studio is all about: creating a community and creating a family. It’s your home away from home.
I was really impressed with the design of the studio. It had a very relaxing ambiance — very chic with highlights of yellow and blue that added a vibrant personality to the place.
I learned that Onelife Studio offered a lot of classes from Yoga to Mat Pilates, Taichi to Belly Dancing. They have an All Access Mat pass which you can use to join any of these classes. Now, when it comes to trying out the equipment classes, Onelife has you covered with the All Acess+ Pass which you can use to avail of the previously mentioned classes plus Reformer pilates and suspension training.
Other rates can be seen HERE.
Check out their state of the art equipment. Their reformers are from Balanced Body. They look very sleek and comfortable to use. They didn’t look clunky.
If you do get hungry after class, healthy snacks and juices are also available at Juju Eats at the ground floor of the building.
I can’t wait to try out their classes at Onelife Studio. For more details on the schedule and the classes, please visit them at http://www.theonelifestudio.com/.
