For the past month, I’ve been sticking to our grocery budget. But the thing about sticking to it is that I have been sacrificing nutrition. Healthy food is so expensive. It’s a good thing that I discovered Yummy Diet.
I wanted to try these delivered diets and to see if they’re really effective. I got a three week program from Yummy Diet. Before starting on the diet, they asked me which of the following did I want:
Regular 1,200 Calories
Regular 1,500 Calories
No Carb 1,200 Calories
No Rice 1,200 Calories
I got the No Carb diet with 1200 Calories per day. I know that my body reacts fast to a no carb diet, so I chose that one. I was actually excited to start the diet.
I used my weighing scale to get my statistics.
These were my stats before I started the diet:
Body Weight – 133.6 pounds
BMI – 22.9
Body Fat – 31.8%
Muscle Mass – 29.1%
Resting Metabolic Rate – 1308
Body Age – 34
Visceral Fat – 5
This is my “before” body 🙂
What I really want to achieve is to remove that layer of fat around my tummy. I also want to drop to 125 pounds by my birthday. It’s been hard since I am near my body weight already. I want to get more ripped in that mid area 🙂

It’s sealed with a sticker and if it has been tampered with, you will clearly know since there is no easy way of taking out the sticker and putting it back. You have to rip it 🙂
The meals then com in a container like this.
Each dish is marked accordingly. Each container has a sticker like the one shown and it’s marked if it’s for breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner. They send two snacks, by the way. One is for the morning and the other one is for the afternoon.
They also give you a set of spoon and fork at the beginning of your diet. Each delivery comes with a guide in a little piece of paper.
So far, I think I’ve been losing weight (hopefully losing fat). I noticed that my pants and shorts are looser. I will take my measurements again midway unto this diet.
