I’m so excited for this! We got a comment recently from one of the readers of this site asking if we have a group that she can join. Well, well, well… YES! We actually do. We launched this group (the first batch) a month ago and guess what? We are announcing the events for batch 2!
These events are called the Eats Right! Motivational Meet-ups. Basically, it’s a motivational group for women that runs for 5 weeks. On the first session, we talk about fitness goals and we get to know each other.
