Healthy Cravings Diet

I just finished my Healthy Cravings Diet yesterday. I lost 5 pounds in a span of 2 weeks. This isn’t actually bad for me. After my miscarriage and pregnancy complications last May 2010, I have been asked by my doctor to stop exercising first so that I could heal.
