They say that if you buy ice blended drinks on a daily basis, you’ll gain a lot of weight. I guess that may be true since a lot of these ice blended drinks have high sugar content. In my case, I’m scared of this possibility. I love going to coffee places during lunch and even after work. I go Coffee Bean or to other cafes during lunch since I just want to relax and chill in a place that’s far (but not too far) from the office. If I’m on a diet though, I go to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. This is what I order.
