Since last year, starting with the Run for Wellness race that this company has sponsored, Unilab has been actively promoting fitness and health activities for the entire family. With Unilab ActiveHealth, they are coming up with two more activities these coming months. These are biking and triathlon. We were fortunate to have been given the chance to be part of the Unilab ActiveHealth Bloggers meet at Casa Armas Podium. When I first tried doing yoga two years ago, the first style of yoga that I got to try was Bikram Yoga. It wasn’t easy, but it was definitely addicting. I admired the men and women in that class. They exuded a certain calmness in mind, body and spirit, but at the same time, a level of confidence and control was seen. I wanted to be like that. I wanted to feel that way.
