What to eat? What to eat? This has always been our question when we were on our South Beach diet. It’s quite a surprise that most of our favorite foods are made out of carbs… Muffins, Donuts, Pizza, Sandwiches, etc. It was so hard to find meals and snacks that would be comprised mainly of protein.
But in the market, there are products that are already low in Carbohydrates. Why do consumers need this type of products for losing weight? It’s because once extra carbohydrates are consumed by the body, it turns into fat and it is stored in the body.

This is actually great for people who feel that they are constantly dehydrated (just like me…hehe), but need an alternative drink that would contain less carbs. I was often wary of taking these types of energy or re-hydrating drinks because of the sugar that it contains. It’s good to know that Gatorade Low Carb is available in the market!
