After the week where I tried the Vegetarian meals, the following week, I tried the Vegan diet. For those who are not familiar with the difference, the vegan diet does not include any meat, eggs, milk, honey or any food that is taken from animals. For a vegetarian’s diet though, no meat or fish is included but the diet can include dairy (Lacto-vegetarian) and eggs (Ovo-vegetarian).
I got to try the Vegetarian meals and I wanted to find out the effect of the Vegan Meals from V Kitchen Manila. Plus, I really wanted to lose weight for a wedding that I was going to, so I was committed in really eating heathy food.
The Effect on My Body
Well, these Vegan meals were more effective in keeping my weight off then the vegetarian meals. For some reason, I found the vegan meals to be more delicious. I loved how V Kitchen was so creative in coming up with Vegan meals that were unique.
My bowel movement was regular. I expected to be gassy (because I always get gassy when I eat only vegetables), but to my surprise, I wasn’t. I felt lighter and fitter. My friends say that it’s so hard to look for delicious vegan meals in Manila, but I can say that delicious meals exist at V Kitchen Manila.
